Welcome to Liyana.com.bd also hereby known as “we”, “us” or “Lilyana”. Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using this Site. By using the Site, you hereby accept these terms and conditions and represent that you agree to comply with these terms and conditions (the “User Agreement”). This User Agreement is deemed effective upon your use of the Site which signifies your acceptance of these terms. If you do not agree to be bound by this User Agreement please do not access, register with, or use this Site. This Site is owned and operated by Courtyard Limited. The Site reserves the right to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these Terms and Conditions at any time without any prior notification. Changes will be effective when posted on the Site with no other notice provided. Please check these Terms and Conditions regularly for updates. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of changes to the Terms and Conditions of use constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

1. Product Information
   Keep in mind, in consideration to laws of Bangladesh on shippable items, fragility and other constraints Lilyana.com.bd does not carry every item that you would find at our shops. The prices displayed on the website are quoted in Bangladeshi Taka (Tk.) at our local web-store and converted into other currencies for each respective country web-store where we offer delivery. Lilyana products displayed on the website may also be available in select Lilyana stores in Bangladesh while supplies last. In some cases, merchandise shown online may not be available in stores. Stores may also have different prices or promotional events at different times. Sale prices on the website are Internet-only specials, and do not reflect the pricing of Bangladesh stores. The pricing in international shops differ from our local pricing to reflect the costs of doing business in those respective regions.

2. Handcrafted
   Lilyana products are handcrafted therefore we cannot guarantee that the product you see online and the purchased product will be exactly the same though every effort is made for it to be a very close match.

3. Product Availability
   Please understand that items featured on this website are handcrafted and therefore in limited quantities and, because of their limited availability and nature of production, stock may not be replenished. That means once an item is sold out, it may not be available in the future and therefore may not appear on the website again. When an item featured on Lilyana.com.bd is no longer in stock, we make every attempt to remove that item from the website in a timely manner. However, there are instances due to product handling that a product will not meet our quality standards for shipment and therefore may ultimately be unavailable for delivery. Should you have any questions concerning the availability of a particular item, please contact us at 9am – 9pm Bangladesh standard time.

4. Colours
   We have made every effort to represent each product colour as accurately as possible on the website. However, due to monitor discrepancies of personal computer/laptop/tablet/hand-held devices, we cannot guarantee that your display of colour will be accurate.

5. Pricing
   In the event a Lilyana product is listed at an incorrect price due to a system error, typographical error or error in pricing information, Lilyana shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price.
   All our product prices and services are subject to tax as applicable by laws of Bangladesh.

6. Payment and Credit Note
   Lilyana shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders whether or not the order has been confirmed within 14 working days from the date of your order placement. If your credit/debit card or mobile banking wallet has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Lilyana shall issue a credit note or refund the charged amount.

7. Shipping and Processing Fees
   Our shipping and processing charges are intended to compensate designated shipping companies in addition to covering the cost of processing your order, handling and packaging the purchased products and delivering them to you. The risk of loss or damage of packaged items are passed onto our shipping partners, and you will be compensated for the full value of the items if they cannot reach you at all or deliver it in its original state.

8. Inaccuracy Disclaimer
   From time to time there may be information on our website or in our newsletter that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, and availability. Lilyana reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).
   We make every effort to present the most recent, most accurate, and most reliable information on our website at all times. However, there may be occasions when some of the information featured on Lilyana.com.bd may contain incomplete data, typographical errors, or inaccuracies. Any errors are wholly unintentional and we apologize if erroneous information is reflected in the merchandise price, item availability, or in any other way that affects your individual order.     যদি সিস্টেম ত্রুটি, টাইপোগ্রাফিক্যাল ত্রুটি বা মূল্য নির্ধারণের তথ্যে ত্রুটির কারণে লিলিয়ানার কোনও পণ্য ভুল মূল্যে তালিকাভুক্ত করা হয়, তাহলে লিলিয়ানার ভুল মূল্যে তালিকাভুক্ত পণ্যের জন্য দেওয়া যেকোনো অর্ডার প্রত্যাখ্যান বা বাতিল করার অধিকার থাকবে। বাংলাদেশের আইন অনুসারে আমাদের সমস্ত পণ্যের মূল্য এবং পরিষেবা করযোগ্য।

    
    

    ৬। পেমেন্ট এবং ক্রেডিট নোট:

    আপনার অর্ডার দেওয়ার তারিখ থেকে ১৪ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে অর্ডার নিশ্চিত করা হোক বা না হোক, লিলিয়ানার যেকোনো অর্ডার প্রত্যাখ্যান বা বাতিল করার অধিকার থাকবে। যদি আপনার ক্রেডিট/ডেবিট কার্ড বা মোবাইল ব্যাংকিং ওয়ালেট থেকে ইতিমধ্যেই ক্রয়ের জন্য চার্জ করা হয়ে থাকে এবং আপনার অর্ডার বাতিল করা হয়, তাহলে লিলিয়ানা একটি ক্রেডিট নোট জারি করবে অথবা চার্জ করা পরিমাণ ফেরত দেবে।
